What you will do

• Execute total reward programs across EMEA and the Americas to ensure competitive and sustainable pay structures.
• Act as a designated compensation advisor for HR, Recruitment, and business leaders, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Design and manage governance frameworks for evolving legal requirements, including EU Pay Transparency and UK Gender Pay Gap.
• Develop analytical frameworks and use automation to anticipate and solve talent attraction and retention challenges.
• Monitor global reward trends to implement systemic process improvements and custom compensation solutions.
• Collaborate with HR to create communication strategies that educate employees and managers on compensation structures.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Romania or Spain
• MBA from a top-tier university.
• 8+ years of experience in regional compensation.
• Proven track record of managing compensation programs in high-growth, scaling environments.
• Deep knowledge of core compensation principles and global total rewards design.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership and build persuasive, data-driven narratives.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with equity, bonus, or incentive programs.
• Experience working in an international, fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a startup or within global tech/financial services.
