What you will do

• Partner with HR leadership to support day-to-day HR operations and business needs across Europe.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, and employee relations.
• Ensure data integrity across HR systems and act as a liaison between Shared Services (HR, Finance, Legal) and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in strict compliance with local laws in multiple European countries.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, performance management, and talent development.
• Lead and support initiatives related to diversity, equity, inclusion (DE&I), and employee engagement.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of HR operations experience, with 3-5 years in an international environment.
• Mandatory previous HR experience in France.
• Proven expertise in employment laws and regulations across multiple European countries.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be based in Ireland.

Nice to have

• HR experience in UK, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, or Finland.
• Certifications or training in Labor Legislation, Compensation and Benefits, or Social Security.
