Staff Product Designer (Interaction Design)

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation support is available for candidates based outside of Poland.

What you will do

• Design signature interaction patterns and use motion to create clear, sticky flows.
• Translate rough feature concepts into scalable UX and production-ready interfaces.
• Build and maintain a flexible design system to accelerate prototyping and iteration.
• Prototype early and often to validate ambitious bets before engineering commitment.
• Own end-to-end interaction quality for iOS and Android, including states, transitions, and haptics.
• Act as the bridge between design and engineering, setting the craft bar for the design team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing consumer apps, products, or software.
• Deep expertise in interaction and motion design from concept to production.
• Proven experience building and owning design systems used by real teams.
• Proficiency in Figma and hands-on experience with prototyping tools (code, After Effects, or Rive).
• Obsessive attention to detail regarding transitions, haptics, and pixel-perfection.
• Ability to be self-directed and set direction in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D, advanced motion, or generative AI tooling.
• Strong opinions on music, culture, and taste trends.
