What you will do

• Lead design across the full doctor and clinic experience, including practice management and AI integration layers.
• Build, hire, and mentor a dedicated design team from the ground up.
• Collaborate as a peer with engineering and product leadership to shape the long-term product vision.
• Conduct deep user research with medical professionals to translate unarticulated needs into simple, effective workflows.
• Establish a data-driven design culture by closing the loop between shipping and measurable impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading design for a complex, multi-user real-world product.
• Strong expertise in behavioral design and human psychology rather than just visual aesthetics.
• Experience managing and growing other designers.
• Ability to demonstrate tangible business impact through design changes.
• AI must be an integral part of how you think, prototype, and lead.
