What you will do

• Develop interactive eLearning, videos, infographics, and gamified learning content based on storyboards and scripts.
• Build courses using modern authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Create, edit, and integrate multimedia assets (graphics, audio, video, 3D) using Vyond, Synthesia, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Apply adult-learning instructional design principles combined with UX/UI to create intuitive learner experiences.
• Ensure all developments meet technical standards, including SCORM and xAPI compatibility for LMS performance.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure smooth handover from concept to production.

Requirements

• Background in Media Design, Digital Design, Multimedia, or eLearning Development.
• At least 2 years of experience in eLearning development, ideally within an industrial company.
• Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline/Rise and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects).
• Deep expertise in adult-learning instructional design principles.
• Understanding of LMS environments and eLearning standards (SCORM, xAPI).
• Strong English language skills.
