What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers to ensure high performance and ownership of targets.
  • Own overall country-level restaurant performance, focusing on growth, retention, and partner success.
  • Drive revenue by negotiating and closing strategic partnerships with key restaurant partners.
  • Monitor and optimize existing venue performance through data analysis and regular quality reviews.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute impactful partner campaigns.
  • Analyze the local market and competitor activities to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in key account management or a similar commercial role.
  • Proven people leadership experience in a senior country-level commercial role.
  • Strong negotiation skills for managing complex deals and improving deal quality.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable using dashboards and spreadsheets for decision-making.
  • English: Fluent proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Azerbaijani.
