Account Manager (SaaS): Managing customer accounts in the Food & Perishables vertical to ensure satisfaction, drive retention, and optimize product adoption with an accent on onboarding and revenue growth. Focus on building strategic client relationships, analyzing customer needs, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maximize product value.
Location: Prishtina, Kosovo. Must be able to work US East Coast hours (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Kosovo time). Hybrid or office-based options available.

What you will do
- Onboard new clients and evaluate their specific business needs.
- Manage customer product/service orders and oversee contract renewals.
- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Act as a customer advocate and re-engage inac accounts.
- Contribute to revenue retention and overall account growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of delivering results against revenue targets and retention goals.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and a data-driven approach to insights.
- Availability to work US East Coast hours (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Kosovo time).
Nice to have
- Experience in the shipping logistics industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
