What you will do

• Own and maintain People tools including HRIS, ATS, Jira, and the hirify.global Atlas platform to ensure seamless integration and user experience.
• Define and drive the AI strategy for the People team, prioritizing high-value opportunities across the employee lifecycle.
• Automate repetitive HR tasks such as case management, document handling, and payroll queries using agentic AI.
• Develop dashboards, predictive models, and executive reports to enhance workforce insights and decision-making.
• Promote AI literacy within the People function through training and support for recruiters and HR partners.
• Ensure all AI implementations are secure, compliant, and aligned with responsible AI principles and regulations.

Requirements

• Experience leading tech or digital transformation, preferably in People/HR context.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms; HiBob experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with analytics and data tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Practical experience deploying AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI including bias, ethics, and governance.
• Effective communication skills across technical and executive levels.
