What you will do

• Drive the implementation of the AI operating model and build organizational capability through training and guidance.
• Define and reinforce AI standards, guardrails, and usage patterns to ensure responsible adoption.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and implement high-impact AI opportunities.
• Design and deploy AI-enabled solutions, including copilots, agents, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Scale proven AI experiments into durable business processes and platforms.
• Measure AI adoption and solution effectiveness as part of broader operational intelligence initiatives.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, automation, or data-focused roles.
• Experience building agentic AI solutions, including multi-step workflows and enterprise data integration.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Advanced experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Perplexity AI, and Claude.
• Experience with modern data platforms including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, AWS, and Snowflake.
• BA/BS degree in economics, data science, computer science, or business.
