Location: Remote or Hybrid (San Francisco, Houston, Chicago, Seattle, New York, Palm Beach, Birmingham). Must be based in North America

What you will do
- Drive the implementation of the AI operating model and build organizational capability through training and guidance.
- Define and reinforce AI standards, guardrails, and usage patterns to ensure responsible adoption.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and implement high-impact AI opportunities.
- Design and deploy AI-enabled solutions, including copilots, agents, and human-in-the-loop processes.
- Scale proven AI experiments into durable business processes and platforms.
- Measure AI adoption and solution effectiveness as part of broader operational intelligence initiatives.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, automation, or data-focused roles.
- Experience building agentic AI solutions, including multi-step workflows and enterprise data integration.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Advanced experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Perplexity AI, and Claude.
- Experience with modern data platforms including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, AWS, and Snowflake.
- BA/BS degree in economics, data science, computer science, or business.
