What you will do

• Enable the company AI agent to autonomously handle recurring analytics requests.
• Build and maintain scalable data logic and reporting systems.
• Investigate product hypotheses and uncover growth opportunities.
• Partner with Product leadership and the Office of the CEO on strategic initiatives.
• Challenge business assumptions with data-driven insights.
• Automate repetitive reporting processes to focus on high-impact analytical problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics or Product Intelligence.
• Proven experience supporting Product organizations in SaaS or technology companies.
• Advanced SQL proficiency (complex joins, window functions, query optimization).
• Experience with modern BI tools like Looker, Omni, or Grafana.
• Demonstrated AI fluency in redesigning analytical workflows and automating processes.
• Must be based in Europe.

• Python experience for data analysis.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts.
