What you will do

• Optimize product and onboarding flows to improve customer experience
• Research and propose new features
• Support vendor management and performance tracking
• Assist with strategic partnerships and deal-making
• Contribute to feature development and operational improvements
• Manage tasks, track progress, and present outcomes to global stakeholders

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid in São Paulo — attend the São Paulo office at least 3 days per week
• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM subject at a leading university in Brazil
• Final year of studies and available for a 12-month internship
• Fluency in English
• Part-time availability from Spring 2027 (30 hours per week, starting January–March)
• Strong communication, organization, and a proactive problem-solving mindset

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or PowerBI
