What you will do

• Lead regulatory specialists and analysts in the end-to-end preparation, submission, and follow-up of high-quality regulatory dossiers.
• Coordinate regulatory timelines and monitor workflows to proactively mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive process optimization, automation, and standardization of regulatory workflows to improve efficiency and traceability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory Strategy, Stewardship, R&D, and Commercial teams to align priorities and close data gaps.
• Ensure full compliance with Brazilian regulatory requirements for pesticides and maintain strong interfaces with regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Agronomy, Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology, or Chemical Engineering).
• 7+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Operations, or Stewardship within Crop Protection or Life Sciences.
• Proven experience with regulatory submissions, dossier management, and compliance activities specifically in Brazil.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of specialists and analysts.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
