What you will do
- Own and manage the deal pipeline inside HubSpot, tracking inbound interest, investor responses, and next steps.
- Execute proactive follow-ups on slow-moving opportunities and manage long sales cycles (6–12+ months).
- Maintain and update Excel tracking sheets, operational dashboards, and clean data summaries.
- Support the preparation of pitch materials, investor updates, and internal deal reports.
- Coordinate scheduling for investor meetings, leadership calls, and deal discussions.
- Ensure no communication or deliverables fall through the cracks by tracking deadlines and operational workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience with HubSpot CRM, sales pipelines, and deal tracking systems.
- Background in operations, executive support, or finance-related coordination.
- Strong written English communication skills for drafting professional follow-up emails and pipeline updates.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting, templates, and data organization.
- Availability to work during EST business hours.
- Must be based in South Africa or Latin America.

- Exposure to investment banking, private equity, M&A, or finance operations.
- Experience supporting founders, executives, or investor relations workflows.
- Familiarity with pitch decks and CRM automations.
