Location: Must be based in the Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, or Oman) and available to work during U.S. client business hours.

What you will do

  • Build and segment highly targeted prospect lists using industry-standard research tools.
  • Execute multi-step outbound email campaigns with personalized messaging and clear CTAs.
  • Manage domain warmup, inbox reputation, and deliverability metrics to ensure high placement rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to A/B test messaging and optimize conversion strategies.
  • Qualify incoming leads and maintain accurate records within CRM systems.
  • Ensure all outreach activities comply with international data privacy standards like GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in cold email outreach, outbound lead generation, or SDR roles.
  • Hands-on proficiency with tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or Smartlead.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign management.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Must be based in the Middle East and able to align with U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configurations.
  • Background in generating pipeline for B2B SaaS or service-based agencies.
  • Experience working directly with Account Executive teams.
