What you will do
- Develop and manage B2B email marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Use Apollo, Smartlead, and LinkedIn messaging to identify and engage prospects.
- Build and maintain prospect lists and databases for outreach.
- Monitor campaign performance, track metrics, and optimize for higher conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and data protection regulations.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation and email marketing.
- Hands-on expertise with Apollo, Smartlead, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Strong understanding of email campaign development, sequencing, and personalization.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Knowledge of marketing automation workflows.
