- Maintain accurate CRM records and track deal stages for reliable forecasting.
- Communicate value, ROI, and service benefits to property owners and investors.
Requirements
- 2+ years of closing experience in property management or real estate sales (non-negotiable).
- Proven track record of closing deals, not just setting appointments.
- Must be available to work during U.S. Business Hours (EST).
- Strong understanding of property management services, pricing, and client expectations.
- Experience selling to property owners, landlords, or real estate investors.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage deals and pipelines.
