Location: Must be based in the Middle East (UAE, Qatar, or Bahrain). Working hours: U.S. Business Hours.

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of SDRs, BDRs, and Account Executives.
  • Set and track clear targets, KPIs, and activity benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions to improve sales skills and messaging.
  • Optimize the full sales funnel from lead generation to closing.
  • Monitor pipeline health and deliver accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales management or business development leadership.
  • Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and improving team performance.
  • Strong understanding of the full B2B sales cycle.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or agencies.
  • Background in sales enablement or training programs.
  • Experience scaling teams or processes in high-growth startups.
