What you will do
- Drive the full sales cycle from sourcing new opportunities to closing deals.
- Generate leads via outbound cold calls, inbound marketing leads, and LinkedIn networking.
- Position yourself as a thought leader in the HR & Wellbeing space to engage high-level prospects.
- Tailor proposals and sales strategies based on client needs and existing price matrices.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track daily KPIs and forecasting using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process and client onboarding.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Corporate Sales role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills and professional in-person presentation abilities.
- Experience working with Kommo CRM or similar CRM platforms.
- Must be based in or able to work in Dubai (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Arabic.
- Background in the wellness industry, HR solutions, employee benefits, insurance, or SaaS.
