What you will do
- Manage all business activities for Wireless, Central Office Power, and Rolling Stock markets across North America.
- Lead product development activities in collaboration with R&D and engineering teams.
- Define and maintain pricing strategies based on cost structures and market dynamics.
- Interface with internal departments including Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, and Finance to meet customer needs.
- Interpret customer specifications and drive the product specification process with engineering firms and contractors.
- Represent the company at regional and national industry conferences and trade shows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- U.S. Citizenship or lawful permanent residency required.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time within the US and Canada.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in product management, sales, customer service, or account management.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently in a team environment.

- Background in the wire and cable industry or broader manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and data presentation.
