What you will do

• Act as a technical and commercial resource for limit switches, valves, communications, and controls.
• Provide application support and handle technical returns, including failure evaluation and global coordination.
• Conduct field support and deliver product training to sales and distributor personnel.
• Configure products and create Bill of Materials (BOMs) using ERP systems (ATON/Epic/M3).
• Design and modify existing product offerings to meet customer-specific needs.
• Create manufacturing work instructions and test procedures for specialized products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (strongly preferred).
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a related engineering field.
• Ability to troubleshoot products and perform detailed failure analysis.
• Ability to travel up to 35%, occasionally on short notice.
• Must be based in Fergus Falls, MN.
