Salary: $134,500 – $168,000

What you will do

  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap and portfolio lifecycle management for biological indicators.
  • Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Technical Product Managers to establish clear roadmaps and business cases.
  • Translate market trends and customer research into clear problem statements and product requirements.
  • Lead sustainment efforts to ensure product reliability, quality, and compliance throughout the lifecycle.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Commercial teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Bozeman, MT, USA.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in product management.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience leading and managing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience launching regulated products in life science or medical device industries.
  • Expertise in FDA/ISO 13485 regulated environments.
