What you will do

• Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and systems.
• Inspect machinery and systems to identify and prevent faults and downtime.
• Execute repairs and improvements to enhance equipment functionality and efficiency.
• Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members as needed.
• Collaborate with supervisors, internal teams, and external contractors/vendors.
• Document maintenance activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States
• High School Diploma with at least two years of related experience.
• Knowledge and skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical blueprint reading.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain facility systems including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and emergency power generators.
• Familiarity with safety regulations including Hazwoper, lockout/tagout, and confined space protocols.
• Ability to perform welding and operate various maintenance tools and equipment.
