What you will do

• Manage and maintain complex systems including HVAC, lighting, and plumbing across multiple properties.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance while diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues.
• Partner with property managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and resolve tenant issues.
• Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior maintenance technicians.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, work orders, and safety logs for each site.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Three to five years of job-related experience or commensurate trade certification.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work after hours, weekends, holidays, and during emergencies.
• Basic proficiency with laptop/phone applications and Microsoft Outlook.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
