What you will do

• Manage all aspects of program scope, schedule, cost, and risk throughout the full lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary interface with hosted payload customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate key programmatic and technical reviews, including design and qualification milestones.
• Drive accountability by making informed decisions on scope changes and performance specifications.
• Monitor program health using KPIs such as SPI, CPI, and EAC.
• Present program status and performance insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in aerospace or high-reliability industries, with at least 4 years in program management.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Knowledge of satellite development life cycle from design to integration.
• Practical use of integrated master schedules (IMS) and earned value management (EVM) techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices in hardware-focused environments.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and build consensus.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in technical leadership roles like IPT lead or project engineer.
• Knowledge of optical communications.
• Experience with electronics, flight software, or GNC/AOCS subsystem development.
• PMP certification.
