• Drive resolution for quality and field service issues to minimize customer impact.
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure alignment with service level agreements.
• Analyze inventory flow and volume trends to prevent shortages or excess.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts with annualized volume exceeding $10 million.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and demand planning.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and customer portal tools.
