What you will do
- Design and own scalable enablement programs for Revenue leaders and frontline sellers.
- Build a revenue-specific leader program to strengthen coaching, inspection, and manager effectiveness.
- Define the strategy and operating model for a unified sales methodology across the Revenue organization.
- Partner with Sales leadership, Instructional Design, and Analytics to align on priorities and success measures.
- Create repeatable program structures and governance to ensure long-term scalability.
- Drive adoption through change management and in-workflow enablement rather than one-time training events.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enablement, learning, or program management within high-growth environments.
- Proven success building cross-functional programs that improved field readiness or productivity.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPICED.
- Strong program management skills including strategy development, roadmap planning, and risk management.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and seniority levels without formal authority.
- Must be based in Canada as this is a remote-first role within the country of employment.
