Engineering Manager (Creator Analytics)

Location: Must be based in San Mateo, CA (Hybrid: Tuesday–Thursday onsite)

What you will do

• Own the technical direction and delivery of major investments across Creator Analytics systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of senior engineers across frontend, backend, and fullstack domains.
• Drive alignment and execution across Product and Data Platform partner teams.
• Translate long-term technical strategy into durable roadmaps and execution plans.
• Set and uphold high engineering quality standards across the platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience, including work on large-scale and long-lived technical systems.
• Proven team leadership experience, including managing and developing engineers.
• Experience building or scaling analytics platforms, experimentation systems, or large-scale data products.
• Strong technical judgment and ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Must have existing United States work authorization (sponsorship not available).

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, ad-tech, or consumer analytics at scale.
