- Build internal tools and integrations that allow designers and marketers to publish content without engineering bottlenecks.
- Partner with design and editorial teams to create interactive, data-driven web experiences.
- Align web engineering initiatives with broader marketing and business goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years managing engineers in a marketing, brand, or design engineering context.
- Deep expertise in frontend technologies including TypeScript, React, and modern CSS.
- Proven experience owning high-traffic marketing web surfaces end-to-end.
- Experience building internal tooling that improves efficiency for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to operate effectively at the intersection of design, marketing, and engineering.
- Strong interest in AI and integrating AI workflows into web publishing.
