Salary: $171,000 - $248,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage a cross-functional team of backend and frontend engineers across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with Product to design and develop enhancements for fans and enterprise customers.
  • Drive operational and engineering best practices to optimize the development pipeline.
  • Provide performance feedback, mentorship, and career development support via one-on-ones.
  • Lead recruiting efforts to scale the engineering organization.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical and architectural feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams.
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Must be based on the East Coast of the United States.
  • Experience with products spanning native mobile, web, and backend systems.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional collaboration between product and design.
  • Experience with both consumer-facing and enterprise-level products.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the sports technology industry.
