TL;DR

Solutions Consultant/Sales Engineer (AI Revenue Platform): Deliver pre-sales solutions for an AI-native contract-to-cash revenue platform, focusing on end-to-end workflow demonstrations and consultative technical selling. Focus on integrating hirify.global into complex client stacks (ERP/CRM/BI), running proof-of-concepts, and translating requirements into workflow maps and implementation proposals.

Location: New York City, NY (Soho office), 5 days a week, on-site

Salary: $120K–$160K on target earnings (equity offered)

hirify.global is an AI-native revenue platform automating the contract-to-cash lifecycle for modern finance and accounting teams.

What you will do

  • Partner with finance and accounting leaders to demonstrate hirify.global capabilities and articulate end-to-end workflows.
  • Run pre-sales projects, validate feasibility of proposed solutions, and develop proof-of-concepts with the Implementation team.
  • Support the go-to-market team in prospect meetings using a consultative, solutions-oriented approach; produce workflow maps and implementation proposals.
  • Advise on integrating hirify.global into clients’ broader tech stack, including ERP, CRM, and BI tools.
  • Maintain relationships with key decision-makers and provide consultative technical and business problem-solving.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of overall experience; ideally Big 4, management consulting, or direct accounting experience at a tech startup.
  • Experience understanding how ERP/CRM systems integrate within complex technology stacks and ability to consult with CFOs and Controllers.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences (verbal and visual).
  • Ability to operate autonomously and communicate representative metrics and results.
  • Bonus: CPA or direct experience working with accountants/controllers.
  • Bonus: Experience with order-to-cash processes and/or commercial proposals.
