What you will do

• Conduct customer business reviews focused on cloud utilization and cost optimization opportunities.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with a dedicated customer base.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of checklists, procedures, and policies for cloud resource utilization.
• Define, measure, and monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Own the post-sales relationship to ensure the practice remains scalable and sustainable.

Requirements

• Experience supporting Microsoft Azure clients.
• Possess or be willing to obtain FinOps Practitioner Certification.
• BS Degree in Business or a Technology-related field.
• Strong technical and business problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of public cloud billing and licensing models or willingness to learn.
