What you will do

• Build and manage multi-channel B2B campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn to deliver qualified leads.
• Lead budget planning and forecasting to maximize ROAS while reducing CPL and CAC.
• Execute structured A/B and multivariate testing frameworks for landing pages and creative assets.
• Analyze performance metrics using GA4 and attribution tools to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Ensure technical tracking accuracy via GTM, pixels, and Conversion API integrations.
• Collaborate with creative and sales teams to refine lead quality and high-impact ad concepts.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• B2B experience is essential, preferably within the fintech or SaaS sectors.
• Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GTM, and GA4.
• Experience with CRM integrations such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Must be located in Dubai.
