What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
  • Own the full marketing funnel from awareness and demand generation to lead conversion.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns across paid media, SEO, outbound, and social platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics including CAC, CPL, ROAS, and revenue attribution.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership to improve lead quality and funnel alignment.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend to maximize ROI and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing leadership roles such as Head of Marketing or Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth through paid ads, outbound, and organic channels.
  • Strong proficiency with marketing tools including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and HubSpot.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting performance data and optimizing campaigns.
  • Must be available to work during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B service-based or SaaS industries.
  • Background in account-based marketing (ABM) or performance-driven demand generation.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Marketo.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams or external agencies.
