What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
- Own the full marketing funnel from awareness and demand generation to lead conversion.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across paid media, SEO, outbound, and social platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics including CAC, CPL, ROAS, and revenue attribution.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to improve lead quality and funnel alignment.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend to maximize ROI and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B marketing leadership roles such as Head of Marketing or Senior Marketing Manager.
- Demonstrated success in driving growth through paid ads, outbound, and organic channels.
- Strong proficiency with marketing tools including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and HubSpot.
- Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting performance data and optimizing campaigns.
- Must be available to work during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B service-based or SaaS industries.
- Background in account-based marketing (ABM) or performance-driven demand generation.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Marketo.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams or external agencies.
