What you will do
- Act as the primary technical representative for clients within the platform ecosystem.
- Perform initial troubleshooting, log analysis, and issue reproduction for technical incidents.
- Consult clients on product functionality, best practices, and operational workflows.
- Prioritize and manage client requests based on urgency, impact, and SLA requirements.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, Development, and Infrastructure teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Analyze client feedback to propose product improvements and maintain internal knowledge base documentation.
Requirements
- English: B2+ required
- Russian: C1+ required
- Portuguese: B2+ required
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with experience in business analysis.
- Technical proficiency with HTML, CSS, JSON, YAML, and browser DevTools.
- Experience with Git workflows, Jira, and monitoring tools like Datadog, Kibana, or Grafana.
- Must be based in Georgia, Poland, or Serbia.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with React and modern frontend architecture.
- Understanding of SSR, SEO fundamentals, and responsive design.
- Experience in QA or technical support environments.
- Basic understanding of APIs and networking concepts.
