What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers managing up to 5,000 devices.
- Onboard new enterprise customers, establish support processes, and conduct regular cadence calls.
- Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and provide ad-hoc technical consultancy regarding product roadmaps.
- Oversee Root Cause Analysis for priority cases and ensure timely resolution of support issues.
- Create and maintain personalized business profiles, network diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Gather customer requirements and provide actionable feedback to the software development team for product enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in advanced technical roles such as implementation specialist, technical support, or solutions architect.
- Strong understanding of mobile technologies including Android, Apple, and Windows operating systems.
- Robust knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, certificates, SSL/TLS, firewalls, routing) and Windows Server administration.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Mississauga, ON.
- Proven experience in customer advocacy and managing relationships within complex IT environments.
