What you will do

• Execute advanced diagnostic procedures to resolve complex campaign delivery, tracking, and auction performance issues.
• Lead end-to-end technical discovery and migration calls for priority APAC advertisers, focusing on CAPI and pixel integrations.
• Perform meticulous QA and payload validation to ensure high-quality event data flows.
• Translate regional ticket trends and advertiser friction points into business narratives to influence Product and Engineering roadmaps.
• Architect automated troubleshooting tools, internal runbooks, and dashboards to reduce operational inefficiencies.
• Participate in a senior on-call rotation to support critical, revenue-blocking platform issues.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in ad tech, solutions engineering, or a highly consultative technical client-facing capacity.
• Hands-on expertise with server-to-server integrations, CAPI, web pixels, and data mapping.
• Proficiency in network debugging tools and writing robust SQL queries.
• Strong understanding of web architecture, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Deep fluency in digital advertising ecosystems, attribution modeling, and third-party measurement.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical bugs into clear business narratives for cross-functional leads.
