What you will do

• Support daily buying operations, including order placement, ERP master data maintenance, and article creation.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports, tracking KPIs such as sales figures, sell-through rates, and stock levels.
• Coordinate with international brands to process order confirmations and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform market, trend, and competitor analyses.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Logistics, and Content teams to ensure smooth product onboarding.
• Take end-to-end ownership of sub-tasks within the international fashion buying process.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and comfort handling numerical data.
• English: High proficiency (C1) required for written and spoken communication.
• Detail-oriented work style with the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong affinity for fashion, e-commerce, and digital trends.

• Initial experience in the fashion or e-commerce industry.
