Location: Hybrid in Munich (3 office days per week)

What you will do

• Drive the sourcing strategy for new suppliers and manage the end-to-end buying process.
• Lead product development initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and contracts to optimize margins and value.
• Manage order placements, procurement tracking, and ensure compliance with sustainability targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to align with brand vision.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline and optimize buying workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in Buying, Sourcing, or Procurement.
• Industry experience in furniture, Home & Living, or e-commerce.
• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation expertise.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German.
