Assistant Buyer (E-commerce)

Location: Hybrid in Munich, Germany (3 office days per week required)

What you will do

• Support daily operational tasks of the category buyer and collaborate with Creative and Quality teams.
• Manage the full product development cycle, including sample handling and purchase order supervision.
• Address warehouse, quality, and customer service queries.
• Act as a primary contact for business partners in Asia and Europe.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to optimize data maintenance and sample follow-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant field.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office.
• English: Fluency required (C1).
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel.
• Proactive, structured, and goal-oriented approach with a hands-on mentality.

Nice to have

• Previous internship or experience in a buying or sourcing office.
• German language skills.
