What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of production-grade agentic workflows and multi-model architectures.
• Drive LLMOps best practices, focusing on model evaluation, hallucination mitigation, data privacy, and token cost optimisation.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for AI initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing AI team to deliver on an ambitious strategy.
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships with technology providers and research labs.
• Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders to facilitate decision making.

Requirements

• Proven experience moving GenAI from proof-of-concept to scaled, production-grade systems with measurable impact.
• Deep technical understanding of AI/ML with the ability to remain hands-on as a builder.
• Track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Product-focused mindset to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly experiences.
• Knowledge of AI ethics and the evolving regulatory landscape.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.
