What you will do

• Define and own the AI product vision, roadmap, and prioritisation of AI use cases aligned to business value.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI products using agile methodologies, managing milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Track product performance, business impact, and user adoption; evolve solutions based on feedback and metrics.
• Collaborate with AI Governance, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to ensure responsible AI standards and regulatory alignment.
• Oversee model risk and evaluation frameworks (accuracy, fairness, bias, explainability, and hallucination monitoring) and support validation prior to production.
• Provide technical and product leadership for third-party AI vendor assessment and due diligence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AI Product Management, AI Delivery Lead, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Generative AI, and LLM-based solutions.
• Demonstrated success delivering AI/ML or GenAI products from concept to production.
• Experience with agile delivery and backlog prioritisation using JIRA or similar tools.
• Experience working in regulated industries (financial services preferred) and contributing to AI governance, model validation, and risk management.
• Experience evaluating and onboarding third-party AI vendors and solutions.
