What you will do

• Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and process optimization within clinical data management.
• Architect and implement AI/ML solutions using LLMs, RAG, and rule-based approaches.
• Define strategies for model development, testing, validation, and benchmarking.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing desktop and web-based C#/.NET platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory and quality requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation for software applications and AI models.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in AI/ML/NN/computer vision development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience building Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL (MS SQL), and vector databases like Qdrant.
• Experience with AI validation, explainability, hallucination mitigation, and confidence scoring.
• Familiarity with AI-agent orchestration, APIs, CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps, and MLOps.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical environments.
• Experience integrating AI into C#/.NET enterprise platforms.
