What you will do

• Design and deploy AI Agents using advanced reasoning, memory, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Implement RAG, Chain of Thought, and ReAct architectures for real-world use cases.
• Embed LLMOps, observability, and security guardrails into the software development lifecycle.
• Prototype, optimize, and scale AI solutions while balancing experimentation with production readiness.
• Develop and automate evaluations to ensure LLM output quality, reliability, and safety.
• Support pre-sales and client discussions by demonstrating applied AI use cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, or related fields.
• Strong programming background in Python and experience with GenAI frameworks and APIs.
• Proven experience in Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Solid experience with LLMOps, structured evals, and LLM observability tools.
• Knowledge of GenAI security practices, including prompt injection mitigation.
• Must be based in London, UK for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Multi-Agent Orchestration frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Hands-on experience with LLM Fine-Tuning and production inference deployment.
• Experience with Knowledge Graphs or hybrid RAG approaches.
