What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects from brief intake and kick-off through to final delivery.
• Build and maintain detailed work-back plans, mapping out timelines, milestones, and review stages.
• Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for marketing stakeholders to manage expectations and status.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, prepare agendas, and track actions to maintain project momentum.
• Maintain Asana as the single source of truth for all active project tasks, timelines, and ownership.
• Collaborate with Creative Operations to identify and flag capacity or timeline risks early.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in-house.
• Strong understanding of creative project structures and delivery processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana and communication tools like Slack.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Interest in experimenting with AI tools to improve workflows and create efficiencies in project management.
