What you will do

• Define product strategy, KPIs, and quarterly plans across multiple product domains.
• Own roadmap execution from planning through delivery to achieve measurable business impact.
• Partner with stakeholders and game teams to drive alignment and successful feature adoption.
• Establish product best practices, planning processes, and decision frameworks across the organization.
• Drive prioritization and tradeoff decisions across product, engineering, design, and analytics.
• Mentor and develop product leaders to foster a high-performing product organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product leadership experience, ideally in gaming or consumer products.
• Proven track record of leading products or features with measurable business impact.
• Experience managing other product leaders.
• Strong product, analytical, and technical mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of game development and LiveOps environments.

Nice to have

• Experience building products used across multiple games or products.
• Experience leading teams in fast-growing, cross-functional organizations.
