What you will do

• Define the long-term roadmap in partnership with Game Leadership to meet commercial targets.
• Drive Live Operations strategy to maximize LTV and ARPU through event and offer optimization.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new monetization systems from concept to post-launch optimization.
• Lead data-driven decision-making using A/B testing and KPI forecasting models.
• Mentor junior Product Managers and foster a culture of excellence within the team.
• Act as the primary business representative for the game to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience at a Mid-Senior level in product management.
• Proven track record in managing financial health and sustainability of a product.
• Strong expertise in monetization strategies and Live Ops.
• Ability to lead deep-dive data analysis and hypothesis-driven development.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Barcelona office (Hybrid)
