What you will do

• Ship features end-to-end from problem definition to production monitoring.
• Build AI-integrated systems, including LLM-powered workflows and agentic features.
• Develop and evaluate AI features in production to ensure reliability and user impact.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers to scale the product across multiple business domains.
• Take ownership of the "why" behind features to ensure they solve real user problems.

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of experience in software engineering.
• Comfortable working across the stack, specifically with Ruby on Rails and React.
• Genuine curiosity and exploration of AI systems through projects, coursework, or professional experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona or Madrid offices.
