What you will do
- Manage IT trouble tickets for network, PC, laptop, and printer issues using Remedy and similar tools.
- Perform log analysis, error detection, and fault correction to maintain continuous system availability.
- Execute system startups, reboots, server swaps, and shutdowns.
- Handle and protect highly classified information, data, and systems.
- Support annual exercises, planned monthly relocations, and unplanned real-world events.
- Facilitate relationships between Government active duty/civilian customers and the contractor team.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Must be based in or be able to work on-site at Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station, CO.
- 1 year of direct IT experience and 2+ years of general customer service experience.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Ability to work flexible 24x7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays on a modified Panama schedule.
- Reliable all-weather transportation and ability to remain on-site for extended periods during emergencies and drills.
Nice to have
- Compliance with DoD 8140 IAT II requirements (e.g., current Security+ CE certificate).
- Experience with DoD cryptographic equipment and material handling.
- Troubleshooting experience with Solaris, Unix, and/or Linux operating systems.
- Experience with Department of Defense messaging systems.
