What you will do

• Establish and maintain VFX workflows in collaboration with Art and Technical Art teams.
• Create real-time visual effects for gameplay, environment, and cinematics using Unreal Engine’s Niagara system.
• Develop and manage particle systems, materials, and shaders to support high-quality visual effects.
• Optimize VFX performance while maintaining high visual standards.
• Integrate VFX assets with gameplay systems, animation events, and Blueprints.
• Support debugging, iteration, and documentation for all VFX implementations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in real-time VFX, technical art, or related roles.
• Strong practical experience with real-time VFX implementation in Unreal Engine, specifically using Niagara.
• Solid understanding of VFX fundamentals: timing, readability, color, and shape language.
• Experience implementing shaders, materials, and post-processing effects.
• Ability to iterate VFX assets from concept to production-ready quality with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
