What you will do

• Process customer invoices accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Perform bank statement reconciliations and daily payment allocations.
• Monitor overdue debtors to minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and handle risk issues.
• Maintain Customer master data and manage dispute escalations.
• Prepare monthly customer statements and provide necessary financial reporting.
• Assist in internal and external financial audits to ensure compliance with policies.

Requirements

• Student available for a 1-year or 2-term internship (thesis option available).
• Must be based in or able to work in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
• Solid understanding of the Order-to-Cash process.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High level of accuracy, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French or Dutch (written and spoken).
